February 21, 2012 Board Meeting Agenda Item #9 Title APPROVAL OF TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT WITH A+ IN-HOME TUTORING, INC., SES PROVIDER Description A+ In-Home Tutoring, Inc., has failed to meet mandated provisions for rendering tutoring services to students assigned to it within the prescribed time period therefore violating the terms of its agreement with the Sarasota County School Board for the provision of Title I SES tutoring services. Accordingly, this agreement must be terminated. Recommendation That the School Board of Sarasota County approve the termination of the A+ In-Home Tutoring, Inc. Title I SES Provider Agreement with the School Board of Sarasota County.
